This Trauma Informed Workshop is designed to release unwanted tension in the body with light-hearted stretches and poses.

Here's what to expect:

✔️ Gentle yoga flow based on Trauma Informed Yoga practices ✔️ Creative visualisation meditation ✔️ Breathwork ✔️ Opportunity to journal, move around freely and connect with others

All levels welcome!

Mats and props are available at the studio, however feel free to bring your own.
