What happens at this event?

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, meditative style where poses are held for extended periods, typically ranging from 3 to 5 minutes or more. It targets the deep connective tissues of the body, such as ligaments, fascia, and even joints, rather than the muscles.

By holding poses for longer durations in a relaxed manner, practitioners can release tension, increase flexibility, and promote a sense of calmness and introspection.

This practice often involves minimal props and encourages mindfulness and deep breathing to facilitate the release of physical and emotional stress.

Things to remember

Mats and props are available at the studio, however feel free to bring your own.
